The integration of Inner Team Dialogue (ITD) and the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) offers a fresh approach to take your LCP clients deeper, faster into their own transformation.  

By using a parts-based model of vertical change, which offers a new conception of the source of reactive patterns, the transition between stages of development (from reactive to creative and beyond) is significantly accelerated.  

ITD is a form of parts-work designed specifically for the needs of leadership coaches and their clients. Every element, from its terminology to its techniques,  has been designed to make parts-based development accessible and intuitive for organizational leaders. It offers impactful, depth coaching with the gentleness and compassion which have made parts-based frameworks such as IFS and Voice Dialogue so highly regarded.  

Inner Team Dialogue aligns seamlessly with the universal model of leadership, offering you a model that is integrated rather than additive. 

MASTERCLASS FORMAT

This 100% virtual program is conducted in six three hour sessions, followed by a 2 hour session scheduled later to allow you time to practice with your clients, occurs about four weeks later.  

Tuesdays, 7:00am-10:00am PT / 10:00am-1:00pm ET / 16:00-19:00 CET
November 4, November 11, November 18, December 2, December 9, December 16, January 27 (2 hour follow up session, 7-9 PT, 10-12 ET, 16:00-18:00 CET). 

* All sessions will be recorded. You'll need to arrange with colleagues within the program to make up practice sessions.

ELIGIBILITY
The program is open to certified LCP practitioners who have completed formal coach training. No prior experience with parts-work is required.  

 

ICF CCE units 
The program awards 29 hours ICF CEU credit (16 hours core competency).

FACULTY
Paul Wyman, PCC: Paul has over 26 years’ experience in coaching and leadership development. He’s been an LCP practitioner since 2009 and coaching supervisor since 2017. Paul founded Inner Team Dialogue in 2019, drawing on extensive experience in modalities including Voice Dialogue, Polarity Management and Vertical Development. He’s based near Boulder, Colorado.  
 
Lindsay Fields-Goltz, PCC: Lindsay Fields-Goltz, PCC is an Executive Leadership Coach who supports organizations in developing people and systems that are built to thrive. Her approach to development blends Inner Team Dialogue, Somatic Experiencing, the Enneagram, and The Empowerment Dynamic. She originally trained at New Ventures West as an Integral Coach where she has also served as adjunct faculty for the Professional Coaching Course.
