Workshop sessions will take place in-person.
9:00 am - 5:00 pm on day 1 & 2
9:00 am - 12.00pm on day 3.

Join us for a new workshop diving into the BRITE assessment.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of critical elements that drive team effectiveness and the specific generative and disruptive factors that quantify team behaviour.
  • Explore real team examples, gaining practical insights on how to use BRITE assessment results to help your clients supercharge their team effectiveness.
  • Engage in interactive group activities that will give you hands-on experience debriefing teams and selecting the best strategies for improving team effectiveness.
  • Learn "tips and tricks" for effective team coaching and how this differs from and integrates with individual coaching in a team environment.
As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time.

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of this workshop will receive a refund of 75% of price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of this workshop will receive a refund of 50% of price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of this workshop will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.
